Grain Drying

WIT upgraded the grain dryer in 2001.  The new dryer has a rated capacity of approx 60 mt per hour for wheat and durum.  It can also dry canola and flaxseed although at much lower volumes.  Due to the nature of drying oilseeds and the associated risks, it has only been used marginally over the years for this.
